How do the ripple+ PODs work?
Each POD is attached to your device via magnetic connection & of course, all PODS are detachable and interchangeable, so you don’t need to wait to finish one before you start the next.
How long does the POD last?
each POD lasts 500 puffs.
I have the older POD product, what’s new?
A LOT. A completely new design, an even sleeker shape, with upgraded materials and a soft-touch finish for durability and protection. The new POD has been updated with modernized aroma technology, to elevate your puffing experience. There’s levels to this.
How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

When I first ordered it, the package came but the product didn’t lol. They were very accommodating and understanding of the situation and sent me another without charging for it. The wait was worth it! I got the Boost flavor and it’s like a hibiscus tea almost. The battery life is good too!
