How long does the POD last?
each POD lasts 500 puffs.

How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

Had a defective rechargeable unit and with NO arguments they not only replaced my rechargeable they gave me free flavor to replace my other one. I HIGHLY recommend ripple not only to stop smoking but their customer service is above and beyond!!!

I was first worried about the 3,000 puffs in total between the 6 pods. I thought to myself, wow this is so little compared to the 10,000 to 15,000 puffs I’d get from the traditional nicotine puffs. In fact it is more than enough since it of course you’re not getting the immediate head rushes that some oddly enjoy and the addictive feeling dragging you back for more puffs from the traditional nicotine puffs. I was one of those that said I wasn’t addicted to nicotine and only enjoyed the action of smoking and cleared 15,000 in no time but now that I’ve tried ripple that had ZERO nicotine and ZERO toxins I can now see how addicted I was. Not reaching for a puff as much, I sure do enjoy the action of smoking but it’s not as chronic. Puffs are smooth and non irritant. I will say that some flavors are very good and some interesting to say the least but every penny spent is worth it knowing that I now know exactly what I am smoking instead of having thoughts wondering how I am able to spend $20 on a traditional nicotine puff bar with over 10,000 puffs that taste like the most artificial watermelon flavor I’ve ever tasted. Definitely makes you wonder what type of chemicals are being used to make it. Thank you ripple, great product!
