How do the ripple+ PODs work?
Each POD is attached to your device via magnetic connection & of course, all PODS are detachable and interchangeable, so you don’t need to wait to finish one before you start the next.
How long does the POD last?
each POD lasts 500 puffs.
I have the older POD product, what’s new?
A LOT. A completely new design, an even sleeker shape, with upgraded materials and a soft-touch finish for durability and protection. The new POD has been updated with modernized aroma technology, to elevate your puffing experience. There’s levels to this.
How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

I’ve had a few issues with my Ripple and every single time customer services resolves the issue with no problem, it’s always been so quick and so helpful. I lost my first one, ordered another and when that one unfortunately malfunctioned they sent me a replacement super quick and without argument. Unfortunately it got lost in the mail, the box broke open and the product fell out, they helped me replace that. No company would do that. I honestly appreciate them so much I will be purchasing more.
