I have questions
Why should I get the Starter Kit?
It’s the dream kit to savour & cherish — taking your zero-nic journey to new heights. Everything you need is inside; the latest tech and 6x aromas for you to try.
What is the ripple+ POD system?
The ultimate rechargeable zero-nic tool, designed to equip you with the best puffs of your life. Sleek in size, soft in touch & made to guide you on your journey. Each device comes with interchangeable aroma PODS.
How do the ripple+ PODs work?
Each POD is attached to your device via magnetic connection & of course, all PODS are detachable and interchangeable, so you don’t need to wait to finish one before you start the next.
How long does the POD last?
2 PODs lasts 1000 puffs.
I have the older POD product, what’s new?
A LOT. A completely new design, an even sleeker shape, with upgraded materials and a soft-touch finish for durability and protection. The new POD has been updated with modernized aroma technology, to elevate your puffing experience. There’s levels to this.
How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.
How do I recycle my ripple+ PODs?
Simply jump onto our recycling scheme page, fill out the details & we’ll send you a recycling label send back your PODS & get 10% off your next order. Clean vibes.

Wow! Seriously love every single flavour!! So so yummy and honestly got me through the thickest point of withdrawals and cravings. I owe my success in quitting to this little piece of magic 🧎🏻♀️
Although I don’t reach for it much anymore, it’s still comfort knowing it’s in my pocket whenever I’m out at events or around other smokers!! Of all the methods I used previously ripple takes them by a country mile 🙇🏻♀️💟🙇🏻♀️💟🙇🏻♀️
